What is optional cover?

Child Cover provides a variety of benefits to assist you during tough times, including if your child is diagnosed with cancer – excluding less advanced cases – and provides protection for children aged 6 months to 18 years, or up to 23 years if they are in full-time education. Children do not need to reside with the policyholder.
In the event that you experience a bodily injury as a result of an accident that results in a dislocation and/or either a tendon rupture or ligament tear, the Active Lifestyle Cover provides additional coverage for these types of injuries.
